FileDocs Service
FileDocs (powered by Novell iFolder) meets all HIPAA requirements for secure, encrypted file transfers. Through the use of a user-defined passphrase, files located on the server are encrypted and not accessible to any third party with access to the server itself.
Files are synchronized through the secure network to any location with the iFolder client installed and with the appropriate login information, password and passphrase. The client can be installed at multiple locations.

FileDocs is a perfect solution if you need to keep file transfers simple and hassle free. Once installed, it requires nothing from the user beyond copying or moving files into the synchronized folders. It’s a fast, easy and secure way to move audio files from the client to the transcriptionist, and completed transcription from the transcriptionist back to the client.
If you are moving files from a handheld digital recorder, simply set the recorder application to download files to a synchronized folder within the iFolder structure. Your dictators will only have to connect the recorder to the USB cable, wait for the download to complete, disconnect – and they’re done. It’s that simple.

Installation is a one-time charge and is not refundable under any circumstances.
Users have 7 days to trial the service and make sure it works without any problems on the installed computers and networks. During the trial period, users may obtain a full refund by submitting a request using the contact form. Once the 7 days have expired, no refunds will be issued.
